This Privacy Policy explains how My Digital Setups ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, or engage us for marketplace account management, quick-commerce onboarding, website development, or any related digital service.

By using this website or availing our services, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Contact & business details: name, phone number, email address, business name, GSTIN, and address, submitted through our contact forms, WhatsApp, calls, or during onboarding.

Service-related information: product catalogs, images, pricing, documents, and marketplace/quick-commerce account credentials shared to enable us to deliver the requested service.

Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited on our website, collected automatically through standard analytics tools and cookies.

Payment information: transaction references and payment status shared by our payment gateway partners. We do not store full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our own servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

To set up, manage, and operate your marketplace or quick-commerce accounts and to deliver the services you have engaged us for.

To communicate with you regarding your account, service updates, invoices, and support requests via call, email, or WhatsApp.

To improve our website, service offerings, and customer experience, and for internal record-keeping, reporting, and compliance purposes.

For marketing communications about our services, which you may opt out of at any time by contacting us directly.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We share necessary information with the specific marketplace or quick-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and Big Basket) strictly to the extent required to create, verify, and manage your seller account on that platform.

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business (such as payment gateways, hosting providers, and communication tools), who are bound to handle such information securely and only for the purpose specified.

We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental request, or where necessary to protect our legal rights, property, or safety.

5. Marketplace & Third-Party Platform Data

Once your account is created and credentials are handed over to you, data held within those third-party marketplace or quick-commerce platforms is governed by that platform's own privacy policy. We are not responsible for how such third-party platforms independently collect, use, or protect your data beyond the scope of the service we provide.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to remember preferences, understand site usage, and improve performance. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; however, doing so may affect certain website features.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information you share with us from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for keeping any credentials shared between you and the Company confidential, and the Company shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from the Client's own negligence.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal and business information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, comply with legal/tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Information no longer required for these purposes may be securely deleted or anonymised.

9. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information held by us, subject to our legal and contractual record-keeping obligations, by writing to us at mydigitalsetups@gmail.com.

Please note that deletion of certain records (such as invoices, tax documents, or communication related to an active/past service) may not be possible where retention is required by law.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and individuals above the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
